Spoilt.  That’s what we are when it comes to DJ Mayhem hooking us up with mixes.   A few months back he covered DOOM for us, now it’s Raekwon’s turn, this is pure dope…

We’ve got Raekwon performing his 1995 stone cold hiphop classic ‘Only Built for Cuban Linx’ in its entirety on March 16th 2011 in Dublin as part of our ongoing 10 years of ChoiceCuts celebrations.  DJ Mayhem, one of our oldest pals, has put together an hour of Rae’s best work spanning pretty much his whole career.

Mayhem‘s no stranger to any HipHop fan in Ireland having represented us in world championships, rocked the stage with the world’s biggest and best HipHop artists and groups over the years, was part of one of the first hiphop radio shows in Ireland (next level aiiight!) and has been supplying his fans with a steady flow of mixes since the mid 90s.  Enjoy this nicely crafted story of one of our favourite Wu-gambinos courtesy of one of our favourite DJs.
