This really was a show to remember. Back in 2008 we had Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings over to Irish shores straight from NYC. One of our favourite vocalists backed by one of the world’s tightest funk outfits and a sold out venue meant there was going to be nothing short of a stampede of funk, soul and partying.

Their roster of artists and consistent output has made them a soul and funk favourite around the world. Listening to this show it’s obvious the upcoming show on Saturday 6th November in The Tripod, Dublin is going to be twice as nice.
